Road Bike Race - Bike the Lake, Rotorua. My first ever proper Road Race and I got into an early breakaway of about 20 people. This was whittled down to just two of us on the first of the hills and we worked hard together all the way to hold off the others and finish with a sprint for the line and a photo finish with just 0.03 secs separating us. I was 2nd though and beaten by a stronger guy on the day.

A good race and well worth doing.
